We hope you have already visited the Rotary Club of Buckhead website, buckheadrotary.com. You should have already been set up as a user on that site, but you will need to reset your password. Your username is very likely your nickname initial and last name (e.g. jdoe), unless you have a very common name. Log on with your user name and click on "Forgot Password" to receive instructions for resetting your password. You can also click on Resources > How to Use This Site for an explanation of how to reset your password. (You can send your assigned username to your email address of record by clicking the Forgot Username? link.)
Once you login successfully, click on your name in the blue banner to go to your home page, which has a number of tabs for contact information, meeting attendance, event reservations, invoices, gifts, etc. Click the blue Update button to make changes. Be sure to click Save when you are done.
On the site, there are a number of blue "quick link" buttons that you can use to explore both Club and District items such as the committee structure, projects, District Conference, and Rotary Youth Exchange. Also, you can manage meeting make-ups yourself by clicking on Request Make Up on the bottom of any profile page. Simply fill in the information and your request will be forwarded to the Club Secretary. Visiting another club, participating in a committee meeting, doing volunteer work, or attending a club social event all count as Make Ups.
We have set up your record for you, but you are expected to maintain it yourself. Please review the initial information, add anything that is missing, and correct anything that we have entered incorrectly. If you have any problems, please email email@example.com and we will give you a hand. It is your responsibility to update your record as changes occur. To comply with Red Badge requirements, we strongly encourage you to upload a headshot of yourself as soon as possible. We are a large club and loading a headshot will also make it easier for the other members to get to know who you are.
We use electronic billing for our members. We send you an email quarterly with a link to your bill. We can also copy another person such as an assistant on the email if you like. (To do so, add a new 'Billing' email address for yourself). You can print copies of your bills directly from your record on the website. If email billing doesn’t work with your circumstances, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org and we can send your bills by US mail.
In order of preference, you may pay by automatic payment, check or credit card. To sign up for automatic payment, click the Update tab and select Auto Pay. To pay by credit card, log on to buckheadrotary.com, click on your name, click the invoices tab, click pay and after a few seconds, the fields will appear. You can follow from there. (The system will add a 3% convenience fee to your bill if you pay by credit card to cover the costs of processing.) We strongly encourage everyone to sign up for automatic payment, because it is the least hassle for everyone involved.

There is important information about the club's fiscal policies on the club website. You can find it in the Bylaws Article 7. Click on the name of the club in the blue banner and then click the blue Bylaws button at the bottom. Please review it and discuss it with Cathy if you have any questions.
