Amy Patterson; Vice President Operations & Logistics - 2018 CFP Championship, 2019 Super Bowl LIII, & 2020 NCAA Men's Final Four

As Senior Vice President of Operations for the Championship Hosting Division of the Atlanta Sports Council, Ms. Amy Patterson oversaw all operational aspects of the 2018 College Football Championship and the 2019 Super Bowl LIII. Now she is preparing for the 2020 NCAA® Final Four. The committee formed in 2016 under the Championship Hosting Division of the Atlanta Sports Council, the Atlanta Football Host Committee (AFHC) and served as an extension of the College Football Playoff Group in the local community. The organization was responsible for assisting with the planning and production of the 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship and accompanying fan events. The AFHC was comprised of local leaders in business, sports and tourism and their mission was to host a one-of-a-kind championship experience for student-athletes, university representatives, media and college football fans. The Atlanta Super Bowl LIII Host Committee was the liaison between the National Football League, the City of Atlanta and the local surrounding community. Formed under the Championship Hosting Division of the Atlanta Sports Council, the Host Committee was responsible for helping to plan, organize and support activities and events which enhanced the Super Bowl experience for the city, the state and the Southeast region. From the culture, food, and endless entertainment options with world-class attractions, Atlanta showed football fans what Atlanta is all about on the world’s biggest stage. Now converted into the Atlanta Basketball Host Committee (ABHC), the group is now focused on assisting with the planning and production of the 2020 NCAA® Final Four and accompanying fan events.
