July 10 Meeting with ADG Karen Nolan

Welcome to the 2019-20 Rotary Year!

This Wednesday, July 10, the Rotary Club of Brookhaven will celebrate the successes of the President Jon's 2018-19 year. Assistant District Governor Karen Nolan will be on hand to induct your Board for the 2019-20 year.

Be sure to join us for the kick-off meeting for our upcoming year. It promises to be an exciting one, with the goal of a total $1,000,000 in contributions from the Service Above Self Golf Tournament to Project SHARE, upcoming news about district and competitive grants (once those are finalized), and new goals for increased membership and activities for our Club.

See you this Wednesday!

Brookhaven Rotary Club sponsored the Brookhaven Farmers Market and received a booth at the Market for four Saturdays this summer. We have been to two markets, providing activities for kids, snacks for dogs and information about our Club. Stay tuned for upcoming Farmers Market dates and plan to drop by if you can! This activity was inspired by Governor Jim's charge to clubs to come up with new activities and events to get the word out about Rotary and to increase club membership, a charge that also comes with some funding for these events.
