The Big News

If you have missed a meeting or two, then you might have missed some big news.

The Rotary Club of Brookhaven's Service Above Self Golf Tournament is the beneficiary of a $50,000 challenge grant.

Each dollar contributed to the tournament will be matched, up to a total of $50,000. I don't need to tell you how important this is for us as we try to reach our goal of $1,000,000 in accumulated contributions. I encourage you to reach out to anyone who would be a natural benefactor in this effort and help us achieve a total of $100,000 in new money as we bring this year's tournament to fruition.

Many thanks to Club Member and Past President Karen Kropp and her family foundation for providing the $50,000 in matching funds.

Don't forget to register for the District Conference!

We're heading back to Jekyll Island!

The 2019-20 District Conference will be held at Jekyll Island on April 30 - May 3, 2020. This is a great opportunity to spend time with fellow Rotarians, enjoy fellowship with members from other clubs, enjoy the island with your family, and learn more about all the great work Rotary District 6900 is doing!

The District website registration page is live (link here), so take care of this today. We're sending a big group this year and will plan to host a hospitality room.

You can stay anywhere on Jekyll Island you like, of course, and many members of our Club will be at the Jekyll Island Club (link here).
